my name is zhiqing, but i go by qing!
i am 22 years old, a libra :)
my pronouns are hie/hym/hys and fae/faer/faers (singular) and 他 for chinese speakers
my dms are open for friendship, criticism, conversation, and anything else within reason

i will sometimes use tone tags as i am autistic, but mostly when i am uncertain how my tone will be read, not always
i am trying to use alt text more often, but will forget. please ask for alt text when needed!
i also try to not use ableist language and language rooted in oppressions and minimizing use of ebonics
i will interact with/post some content that is not wholly sfw, particularly graphic content related to liberation movements, but sometimes also sexual. i keep anything explicit out of my likes, my main is intended to be friendly for all age groups (abiding by TOS)

one of my special interests in psychology (i have a bachelor's and hope to get a phd too!) in particular personality psychology and philosophies used to understand oneself! so here's some fun identities for me

i am a butch lesbian, mainly 4femme but i do not draw strict preference boundaries
i am transmasculine and transmisogyny exempt. i have been on hrt since queen elizabeth ii's death <3
i am han chinese, which is the hegemonic ethnicity in china, and speak mandarin semi-fluently. i am american-born chinese

my lesbianism excludes cismen, and everyone else (maGes) is welcome in my community so long as they are empathetic to those more marginalized than them
i am individually spiritual, i see my approach to psychology and politics to be inherently spiritual, and i plan to practice rituals/prayers to my ancestors/family when they pass someday
i am neurodivergent in a number of ways both diagnosed and self-diagnosed, including but not limited to autism, adhd, and ocd, and disabilities are included in my advocacy

my ideology of body activism or anti body-terrorism is shaped by sonya renee taylor's the body is not an apology and sabrina strings' fearing the black body
the root of all oppressions is a terrorism against the body and radical self love - the natural state of embracing the body you have been born into and providing it the comfort and support you need. all oppressions are enacted onto the body, whether that be our flesh and bones, our brains, or some elusively intangible sense of the mind/spirit born from the union of body and brain

there are some things i cannot tolerate and may hard or soft block others for. if i may have soft blocked you, i am open to further discussing it but only as long as we conclude that we agree. otherwise, we should simply go separately
i do not tolerate the use of slurs against affected peoples. i largely condemn slur reclamation for all nonblack people due to the nature of slurs to emulate the violence of the n word, and slur reclamation to emulate black liberation without repentance. this includes dyke, which i see as a community and identity label for black mages who are usually proximal to or aligned with lesbianism and/or transness

@teabutch is my main account where i post primarily political and personal musings as well as support for voices i follow and mutuals/friends
however, due to the increasing interactions i've been receiving, i am going to curate what i do on my main more and more to best present what reflects my principles and goals
